At DOLL Jewels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms for canceling orders and requesting refunds.
1. Order Cancellation

Prepaid Orders:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may already be under processing and cannot be canceled. -
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
COD orders must also be canceled within 2 hours. Please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp for quick assistance. -

2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or exchanges only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- Your item was lost in transit (based on tracking confirmation)
Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as "no longer needed," "change of mind," or "not liking the product."
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Share clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after inspection of the returned item.
- If a refund is not possible, we may issue store credit at our discretion.
4. Exchange Policy
We may offer an exchange for eligible items, based on:
- Product availability
- Item returned in original condition
5. Return Shipping Instructions
If your refund or exchange is approved:
- Pack the product securely with original tags, invoice, and box.
- Ship it back using a trackable courier service to:
