- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Orders placed after 5 PM IST are treated as next-day orders.
- During sales or festive seasons, order processing might take slightly longer due to high volumes.

5. Packaging & Safety
We pack every order with bubble wrap, secure boxes, and protective layers to ensure your jewelry reaches you in perfect condition.
- Each parcel is tamper-proof and quality-checked before dispatch.
- We do not compromise on packaging standards—even for small or low-value orders, Because we love what we do.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to:
- Courier service issues
- Remote delivery locations
- Natural disruptions (e.g., strikes, floods)
If your parcel is lost or undelivered beyond 14 business days, please contact our support for investigation and resolution.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for selected pin codes within India.
- COD Limit: Up to ₹2,000 per order.
- A small service fee may be charged for COD orders.
Please ensure you or someone at the delivery address is available to receive the package.
8. Change of Address or Phone Number
